We are pleased to host the 2020 State of the Science Workshop at the Hilton Westchester (699 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, New York 10573).

If you are a government employee, a limited number of government-rate rooms are available ($146/night) and can be reserved here.
The hotel cut-off date for reservations is Monday, April 13, 2020. Reservations in the room block are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible.

Getting to the Workshop
The Hilton Westchester is accessible from the north and south via I-95 and Route 287 as well as via the Hutchinson River/Merritt Parkway (detailed directions). We have negotiated complimentary self-parking for attendees of the workshop.
Port Chester Train Station is located 1.5 miles from the Hilton Westchester. The New Haven Metro-North line runs from Manhattan to Port Chester regularly. The ride from Grand Central Station to Port Chester is approximately 1 hour. There is a complimentary hotel shuttle from the train station to the hotel; stay tuned for a shuttle schedule.
The Westchester County Airport is located 10 minutes (8 miles) from the hotel. There is a complimentary shuttle that leaves the hotel on the :15 and :45 of every hour during peak travel times.
Newark, John F. Kennedy, and LaGuardia International Airports range from 22-44 miles to the conference venue. Ground transportation options from these airports include public transportation to Manhattan and then the New Haven Metro-North train (see above), as well as taxis and ride sharing options.
