Luggage Storage

Luggage storage will be available at the conference venue from the afternoon of Sunday, June 7th to early afternoon on Thursday, June 11th. Contact events@nyserda.ny.gov for more information.

On-Campus Housing

Campus Residences at Stony Brook University are available for Conference attendees to book. Please view this page for information. 

Hotels

They Hyatt Regency still has availability for room blocks for State of the Science attendees. The hotel is off-campus; there will be a shuttle running between the hotel and the campus at select times on conference dates.

Hyatt Regency reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 631-784-1234 or via this link. Those traveling under state or federal travel guidelines (per diem rate; state/federal ID required at check-in) should use this link.
