Per Stony Brook University procedure, as a conference participant, you will need to select and prepay for your chosen housing accommodation. Please follow the instructions below to register prior to Friday May 22, 2026 at 5:00pm.

It's very important to fill out your date of birth and gender identity correctly. Otherwise, it will not show spaces for you to select, and you will have to contact us for support.

Date Defaults & Billing:

The dates default to a maximum conference stay of June 7 to June 11, 2026, with a minimum of 3 nights.

Please be careful not to overbook dates, as there are no refunds for canceling housing or booking additional nights. Campus Residences Conference Housing can always add and charge for extra nights; no refunds will be issued after payment is received.

Participants are responsible for any lost keys or damage to our units.
If you run into payment/registration issues, please contact at crch@stonybrook.edu and indicate NYSERDA conference and six digit participant id # (listed on the home page of the portal). Registration will be live until Friday, May 22, at 5:00pm.

Choosing a Room:

Suites are designated as male/female/non-binary only or Mixed Gender.

The participant will only see their identified gendered suites or mixed-gender suite options.
